For once bid you have bid on an item of ours,
it is understood that you have read and agree to ALL of the following.
Please realize that we have the following terms and conditions in reguard
It will be painless, we promise.
- If you are a repeat customer of ours, which many of you are, we first off want to
say that we appreciate your repeat business.
- Your repeat business directly reflects our level of professionalism and
your trust in us as an online seller.
- Our Terms and Conditions have recently changed so you may want to
take this time to read the following.
- Upon bidding, it is agreed upon that you have read, understand
and agree to all of the following,
for if you bid and are high bidder you are legally bound to follow
through with sale of item as you aggreed to do when you signed up
as an ebay user in the
User Agreement section of your eBay application.
- It is agreed upon that at the time of bidding you have resolved and exhausted
all and any questions concerning the item(s)
of which you bid on. High bidders found asking questions after the close of auction will be
denied sale of item and item relisted. We are not officianados of all things sellable. We
rely on emails from other users at time of auction and post updated info promptly. We also service those who don't have
the means to sell on ebay and sell for them, for a commission, through our eBay auction drop location. Many of the things
people bring us are things I've never seen before. So please understand that just because it is listed under our name, it
does not mean that we are dealers of that specific type of item. so help us, help you, to make sure you are educated
about the item in question...simply ask us questions, so we better serve your needs.
If you ask a question via email and we don't reply then please do not bid, for all of your
questions have not been answered. We list items as thoroughly and as detialed as we can, but the only way to make
sure that you get the item you think you are bidding on, is to ask all and any questions you may have
about the item before bidding. This holds true for condition, age, mileage, usage etc. We all different acceptance levels
ideas of what the words 'used', 'mint', 'like new' and 'new old stock' means. So please, feel free to email us and ask
any questions you have on your mind, or for more pictures,...for by
bidding on any of our items, it is understood and agreed upon that we will not be held accountable for your assumptions
about the product.
- It is understood that all sales are final and all items sold as is, w/ some exceptions of
course. Please refer to our Return Policy below for details.
- Unless otherwise stated, items are sold with no warranty or guarantee.
- Some of our auctions are open to international bidders, and some aren't so please check the specific auction for details.
- 9.5% California State Sales tax applies to all items sold within California.
- We usually ship via USPS once to twice a week depending on the volume of sales/packages going
- We are closed Wednesday & Thursday.
- Small item usually weighing in under 6 lbs. will be shipped USPS Priority mail w/
USPS Delivery Confirmation label. Heavier and bulkier packages such as bicycles will be shipped
via our FedEx Ground account. We will not ship on your shipping companies account.
No exceptions. We, Auction Block Online, are not to be held
responsible/accountable for lost, stolen or
damaged item(s) durning transit if item is shipped via Fed Ex. Claims will have to be resolved
with Fed Ex by buyer. Items shipped via USPS
lost, stolen or damaged in transit will be replaced by us, no questions asked if insurance
was purchased at time of payment. We will not replace lost, stolen or damaged items shipped by
USPS when insurance was not purchase. No, UPS, Brown can do nothing for me.
- INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS, please read item description and ship to specifications of the specific item to see if an item is
available for international shipping. Some heavy, large or other parcels we not be open to international bidders. If you do
have a US address we can ship those items first, please email it to me, and then upon approval we will lift the International
bidder block from your account. US Domestic shipping charges specified on auction page
may or may not apply to Alaska or Hawaii if its a large item, as these items must be shipped air, not ground service, so
it is the general understanding that no large items are available for Alaska or Hawaii bidder unless they too provide a lower
48 state shipping address which we can ship to, then they can ship it to you.
We've been on ebay for twelve years now,
registered since Monday, Nov 16, 1998 with over 12,000 positive reviews. We are here for the long haul.
- If you have a problem w/ an item or our service, please contact us before leaving
us negative feedback. You can see by our track record we are really easy going honest people. We
realize mistakes can be made, so please, work with us before tarnishing our feedback.
- We used to give buyers feedback as soon as their funds arrived.
This took many extra hours of our precious time, time that many ebay users took for granted,
and never felt important enough to return the favor when item arrived.
From now on we only leave feedback when a user, buyer, seller etc.. leaves feedback for us.
This is done usually once a month using ebays bulk feedback method.
- So, if you want POSITIVE feedback, leave it for us and we'll leave it for you.

- Ebayers who bid, but do not pay will receive an eBay Unpaid Item Strike.
What if I'm High Bidder?
- All sales are final and all items sold as is....with some exceptions of course. We're two easy
going guys trying to hook up some ebay folk and we just can't spend hours we already
don't have dealing w/ returns. Return exceptions are those
rest in the area of the item not being the item you purchased, as if we sent you the wrong item.
Or if we send you a brand new item and it comes defective. For instance, if we sell
you a pannier touring bag that is new and it arrives defective w/ hole in it or something like
then of course we will replace the item. Really, that is the least we could do. We will
even pay shipping back! No problem. We aim to please. Used items simply are not eligable for a refund unless we
send you the wrong item obviously. Items will be listed to the best
of our knowledge. It is very important
that you the bidder asks
all questions before bidding. Buyers remorse is not a reasonable excuse for return. Assuming an item was in better
shape than you assumed/expected and or anticipated is it not a reasonable excuse for a return. We merely try to
find new and used things to sell, take a picture of it, and offer it to you at a very reasonable price.
All approved item for return MUST be returned in the condition is was shipped, and in ALL original
packaging materials, and must be shipped back within two working days of the day tracking information shows delivered.
Items found to be tampered with, altered, improperly packaged etc. will
be refused at time of delivery.
- If for some reason an item just wont work for you, and we find it acceptible for return,
item must be returned in packaging as shipped, and a 25% restocking fill we be applied. Buyer
to pay return shipping.
How do I
pay for items?
- You bid, you won, you buy! You now are legaly obligated to buy item.
You are legally bound to follow through with sale of item as you aggreed to do when you signed
up as an ebay user in the
User Agreement section of your application.
- The transaction is a legally binding
contract that you agreed to when you signed up to be an ebay user.
- It is agreed upon
that if you are the high bidder, you will be contacted within three days of actions end date.
It is not in our best interest to ignore a high bidder. We obviously listed an item we'd like to sell, it's not like
we are just not going to make contact. If for some reason contact is not made, there may be a bigger problem, our
computer broke, our DSL is down, your emails, spam guard/filter may be blocking our emails to you, etc.
Be patient. We attempt to contact all buyers w/in three days of auctions end.
- If shipping charges are specified, click Pay Now button at the close of auction, and continue to pay w/ Pay Pal, or
that link will also take you to a page revealing our shipping address if you should choose to send a money order.
If shipping charges are not specified, we will contact you at the close of auction once we have your zip code and email you
shipping charges, please do not make payment until shipping
charges have been emailed to you if they are not already specified on the auction page.
There, that was simple
wasn't it? Now, go buy some stuff!!
- It is agreed upon that funds paid will be in U.S. currency only,
and will be made via Pay Pal. Since eBay owns Pay Pal, eBay wants both our sellers fees
and the processing fees from the Pay Pal purchases so they no longer allow sellers to take
any other form of payment. However, if for some reason we do happen to sell an item available for
local pick up, that item must be paid for with cash or processed in house via credit card. Absolutely
no Pay Pal payments will be accepted for local pick up under any circumstance.
- It is agreed upon that you will send U.S. funds within 4 working
days. If payment is not received after 4 working days, Non-Paying bidder alerts will be filed, followed by a listing
credit application and final value fees, and an Unpaid Bidder Strike will be filed.
- We print our labels from Pay Pal / USPS. It automatically provides us w/ your shipping address you have registered w/ ebay.
Once we receive funds, and print you lable, you will automatically be send an email from USPS w/ your tracking information.
If you do not receive this email, there is a 100% chance it was deleted by you or your email software as spam since it came
from USPS.gov. You can always check the shipping status on the auction page as well via the VIEW ORDER DETAILS link.
There is no need to ask us if you item has been shipped.
